At Datadog, I lead tech partnerships across EMEA - helping partners and their customers unify observability, security, and AI across complex, distributed digital estates. I work across industries, with a deep specialisation in retail and commerce, where the stakes around uptime, performance, and customer experience are highest. My background is enterprise presales and solution architecture, most recently at Accenture and Shopify - building PoCs into global rollouts, running executive discovery, and stitching together multi-vendor stacks across platforms, payments, data, and AI. I co-authored Accenture's composable commerce framework launched at Dreamforce and have spoken at Accenture, Shopify, eCommerce Expo UK, and MarkenCamp events. At Datadog, that experience translates into partnerships grounded in real technical depth - and tied to outcomes that matter: reliability, security, conversion, and time-to-value.
