Michael Keusgen, founder and CEO of Ella Media AG, is an investor and entrepreneur specialising in media technology and innovation. He is an experienced expert in business development in the fields of media law, management, television and start-ups.
His career, which includes roles at the BBC, WTN and ABC News, as well as founding AZ Media, is characterised by relentless innovation and award-winning productions, for which he received the Bavarian Television Award, among others.
As Managing Director of Siegfried GmbH, he was responsible for global media projects, from the reorganisation of the Eurovision Song Contest to the development of the digital strategy of Constantin Medien AG, always with the aim of changing entire industries.
Committed to sustainability, transparency and ethical principles, he is driving the discussion on the responsible use of AI forward and establishing the company as a bridge builder between innovative technology and societal values.
Under his leadership, Ella Media AG has evolved from a specialised research and development company in generative text AI to a recognised provider of AI persona building and conversational AI solutions in the Healthcare Sector.
